Congratulations to the November 2010 Members of the Month

Member of the Month is awarded monthly to members who have made a significant, positive contribution to the development of California PBL.

Paul Kwon

Year: 3

Paul has been one of the most valuable members of Phi Beta Lambda, UC San Diego Chapter. Although he has just joined PBL since fall 2010, he has proved to be very active and dedicated. He participated in all PBL’s events, from general body meetings to socials, fundraising activities, and community services. Paul is very willing to help people out. For example, in the Fall Korean BBQ fundraising event, everyone got surprised at what a fabulous cook he was! He also did another major contribution at the Fall 2010 California State Conference. As a member of UC San Diego case study group, he helped bring the First Award to the chapter. As a result, UC San Diego Phi Beta Lambda unanimously selected him as the Member of the Month of November 2010.

All nominations should be emailed to Yvonne Nguyen at yvonne@capbl.org with the MoM 2010 – 2011 Submission Form (click to download). On this form you will need to write a 100 word summary detailing the members’ explicit contribution to California PBL as well as including a picture.  Nominations are due the 4th of the next month. (Example: MoM of November, nomination due by December 4th) Thank you for MAKING WAVES California!
