The State Business Leadership Conference (SBLC) is the premier event for California FBLA Collegiate and the first level of the national business competition program. Participants have exciting opportunities to:
Compete in over 30+ business and career preparation competitions!
Run for a state officer position!
Be recognized with scholarships for demonstrating a passion for "Service, Education, and Progress!"
Network with FBLA-PBL members from across the state, as well as with national leaders!

Appropriate attire is required of all attendees and presenters.

Blue Panda Guides:
All chapters will register through Blue Panda, payment will NOT be through Blue Panda. We use Blue Panda solely for registration and competitive event selection.

Hotel Room Selection must be done using the below template and sent to stateteam@capbl.org by February 21st at 5pm EST.
Expected Deadlines:

Competitive Event Rosters Finalized: February 21st
After deadline any changes will be an additional $50 per change
Objective Test & Skill Event Test Logins Sent Out: March 2nd
Online Testing Window: March 2nd-March 6th
SBLC Pre-Judged Materials Due: February 28th
