Sponsorship Packages

When it comes to sponsorship there are many ways to sponsor us. Whether it comes to sponsoring our conferences or sponsoring specific events we would love to have you sponsor our organization.

Below are the sponsorship packages that are available (PDF version):

  • Bronze - $1000+ Sponsor

    • Invitation to either our Fall or Spring Conference with preferred seating at General Sessions

    • Recognition for being one of our sponsors during conference (contribution mentioned if liked)

    • Photo opportunity with State Leader

    • Invitation to attend workshops and social events

    • Bronze level logo placement (Logo placement on website and in conference promotional material)

  • Gold - $2,000+ Sponsor

    • All the benefits of Bronze level

    • Press release announcing partnership

    • Promotional exhibit booth at either our Fall or Spring Conference

    • We will have an intermission for you to advertise your company/business. Presentation can be up to 5 minutes.

    • Gold level logo placement (Logo placement on website and conference promotional materials, logo displayed on some screens during general sessions)

    • Non-exclusive choice of one named conference speakers/activities

  • Platinum - $4,000+ Sponsor

    • All the benefits of Bronze and Gold levels

    • Deliver greetings and remarks at Adviser and/or Alumni events

    • Deliver in person remarks or promotional video greetings during a conference general session

    • Include company materials in conference registration packets

    • Deliver of awarding competition winners their award, can pick up to 3 awards

    • Platinum level logo placement (Logo placement on website and conference promotional materials, half of a page for an advertisement on conference program packet, logo displayed on screens during general sessions)

    • Displayed logo on big screens during general session, banner display on stage and/or conference rooms)

    • Non-exclusive choice of two named conference speakers/activities

  • Diamond ELITE - $8,000+ Sponsor

    • All the benefits of Bronze, Gold, & Platinum levels

    • Promoted with “presented by” recognition for your company

    • Featured honoree at workshops and social events

    • Deliver of awarding competition winners their awards, can pick as many awards as you’d like

    • Will get national recognition during our National conferences

    • Will get a pins made with their logo for state officers to wear during events (you can also provide your own pin)

    • Exclusive sponsorship activity for either Fall or Spring Conference

    • Gold Diamond Elite logo placement (Logo placement on website, conference promotional materials, full page for an advertisement in conference program packet & on the website, Welcome letter in conference program, logo displayed logo on big screens during general session)

    • Your own personal company banner displayed all across the conference halls
