WHAT IS CAFBLA Collegiate?

FBLA Collegiate is the collegiate division of the association, Future Business Leaders of America. Membership in this division reaches 12,000 nationwide and is open to all postsecondary students who have an interest in business. The FBLA Mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. The mission is brought to life through the application of the motto: Service, Education, and Progress.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

There are two ways to become a member of FBLA. Either as a virtual member (i.e. you don’t have a chapter) or to create/join a chapter at your local college. Dues are $20 for the whole year (essentially one dinner out). If you’re curious about either you can apply below!

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A MEMBER?

There are many benefits to being an FBLA Collegiate member.. including:

Sponsors and partners provide many benefits and programs for members and advisers, including educational programs, scholarships, and discount programs.

Participate and compete in various events including our State Fall Business Leadership Conference, State Business Leadership Conference (SBLC), and the National Leadership Conference (NLC).

Connect & network with members and alumni of the nation’s largest collegiate business organization. In CAFBLA Collegiate we have over 2- different chapters that you can network with at conference and a very strong alumni network in California (500+ members), many of whom volunteer as judges and attend our events at conferences.

Virtual events that you can join exclusively as a member of FBLA Collegiate. We bring in recruiters, top performers, and educators to talk about trending topics in business and career paths!
